We are an active contractor with the City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD). HCDD provides decent housing, expands economic opportunities and creates a suitable living environment primarily for low and moderate income people. Although there are many divisions of the HCDD, Integrity Interior and Exterior is awarded its contracts through the Single Family Home Repair Program product line.

Since we became certified to do business with the City of Houston we quickly took the opportunity to become certified with the Housing and Community Development Department. HCDD has achieved many goals to assist as many homeowners as possible and we are proud to be a part of the program. Home repair grants are used to alleviate threats to health, life and safety of homeowners, to improve curb appeal, and uplift the general street appearance of the City of Houston.

The HCDD Single Family Home Repair Program offers different options based on the dollar amount and type of repair. These three options include emergency repairs, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of a home.

At Integrity Interior and Exterior we go through a bidding process to gain contracts. We receive a bid packet from HCDD with a compilation of homes that need repairs. Since we began bidding we have been awarded and completed several contracts.
